To prevent errors or issues during the auction, RoundtheClock strongly encourages you to take advantage of the "Max Bid" feature. By placing a maximum bid (prior to auction closing), you ensure that your bid is properly represented during auction. Please Note: When you place a maximum bid, the current bid price does NOT immediately go to the maximum bid amount. Your bids will automatically increase in increments (as others bid on an item) - until the bidding reaches your maximum amount. Should all other bidders stop bidding on an item (before it reaches your maximum amount), the amount will close at whatever price the bidding process stopped. OUTBID NOTICES: It is important that you refresh your screen during the auction to find out if you've been outbid - which is especially important as items near the end of the auction. EXTENDED BIDDING: Any lot that receives a bid within 2 minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open for bids (past its normal close) and will enter into an extended bidding timeframe. The lot will remain open until there are no bids received on that lot in the last 2 minutes of any extended bidding. This only affects lots with last 2 minute bids; other lots will continue to close at their normal times. Currency Type: US Dollar / Currency only. No Cryptocurrency allowed or accepted. Please note that RoundtheClock cannot and will not ship firearms, ammunition or alcohol. PICKUP DATES: Saturday, May 4, 2024 between the hours of 9am-12pm (CST). PICK UP: Items must be picked up in person at the location specified and on the day pickup is scheduled. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS: If you cannot pick-up your items on the day provided, then you must contact us at 608-622-6989 to discuss whether an alternative date is possible. We will do our best to accommodate an alternate pick-up time but cannot guarantee it. Since alternative dates are not guaranteed, RoundtheClock advises all buyers make necessary arrangements to be available during auction pick-up hours - or - do not bid on the items in this auction. PLEASE NOTE: Items will be held for only 5 days. Items that aren't retrieved on pickup day will be charged $10 per item, per day, and PER LOT. RoundtheClock allows no exception to this policy.
