Checkout Date/Time Payments in person are available next day till 3pm. Local bidders must pickup their items within 72 hours after auction end date. Out of state buyers will have 14 days to make arrangement or pickup items. After 14 days, storage fees will apply based on the number of items. Items will be considered forfeited after 14 days and funds/ items will be lost without contact or pickup from buyer for all out of state purchases.

Buyers are 100% responsible for their items after winning bid. Pickup or shipping must be scheduled within 3 days of auction end, or picked up during pickup dates/hours. Please contact us for a shipping or local delivery estimate. All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS” and bidding is tantamount to agreement of these terms. We encourage all bidders to inspect items in-person prior to bidding. The bidder/buyer is solely responsible for determining condition, faults, proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. Failure to pay for won lots may result in banning from future auctions, as well as a report to the online auction platform as a bad faith bidder and incurring a 25% restocking fee to be paid to the auction house. Invoices are sent from HiBid and are to be considered the unpaid Bill of Sale. All bids will have an added 10% Buyer’s Premium as well as Arizona State Sales Tax of 8.3%. If picking up please bring your own loading help, we do not provide blankets or shrink wrap.

At auction end invoice will be sent to email on file, for bids over 1000. After 72 hours, if payment is not made card will be charged on file. You can also pay by zelle, venmo. If you prefer to pay cash, a 50% deposit charge will be required and will be refunded at time of pickup when cash is collected. Please note: For all winning lots, under $1000 card information will automatically be charged. For any additional questions please call us at 480-939-3960. Visa, Mastercard, Discover will be accepted and a 3% credit card fee will apply to all card charges. If you prefer to pay cash, or venmo, zelle please contact us prior to bidding so we do not charge your card on file. All payments must be made in USD.
Pickup Times for this auction will be May 4th-6th/7th from 10-4pm. If additional storage time is needed an additional fee will be charged based on time length, and items. For in state delivery, our movers charge $85 an hour with a two hour minimum this includes loading, unloading and drive time. For out of state delivery please contact us directly for a quote.
