This is Part 1 of an AMAZING Estate sale. This home is packed from wall to wall with items collected over a lifetime. The Mrs. was married to her WWII sweetheart. The home if packed full of collectibles from several countries. This home has been unoccupied for sometime, there is evidence of this abandonment such as dust, dirt, etc. She lived here for 70 years. Please note that you will only find many of these items in a home with such history. We will not be allowing winners into the home to pick up items due to limited space. Please be patient when picking up your winnings as we will be bringing everything out as you arrive. We have extended pick up times to help with the process. Please bring help loading large items, we will not be available to load. Also bring tubs and packing material. Thank you for taking the time to look at this amazing auction.

Payment Terms
A 15% buyer's premium will be added to your total if paying with a card, 10% with cash. A statement will be sent to you no later than the day prior to pick up. ***If you do not pick up your items by the the close of pick up day, and no prior arrangements have been made, your card on file will be charged the full amount.
Pick up is 04/26/24 and 04/27/24 9am to 5pm each day. Although we understand hardships and situations arise, we simply to not have the manpower or storage capacity to keep items with are not retrieved on designated pick up dates and times. Please make every effort to attend the above stated pick up dates and times or send someone on your behalf. If items are not picked up by 5pm Saturday April 27th the Buyer forfeits items and payment that will be charged to the Buyers credit card and Clear Creek Auctions may dispose of the items at their sole discretion with no liability. Buyer is to notify Clear Creek Auctions prior to bidding if shipping will be needed. Shipping is only available on items over $25. Buyer is to notify Clear Creek Auctions within 24 hours of close of auction with instructions for shipping. The instructions and payment to shipping company for packaging, insurance, and shipping are the Buyer's sole responsibility.
