All items pictured are purchased as is, where is, no returns ,no exceptions. All shipped items will be charged the 25.00 handling/ packing fee plus exact shipping charge and will be shipped within 5 days after auction ends and full payment received. No chargebacks allowed and will be charged a 50.00 charge back fee or returned check fee and will not be permitted to bid in any future auctions. 15 % buyers premium charged to final hammer price of all purchases and a 3.5% credit card processing fee. Payments accepted are Credit card payment at auction end pickup location, Cash, MO, or good check with positive ID at Pick up. Cards are charged when auction ends per email or text message, or call us to run your card, if card fails we expect payment at pick up. Cards may be charged up to 4 days after auction end. No item(s) shall be removed until payment has been received, if you do not pay for your items, you will be banned from our auctions and we may pursue legal action against you. If bidder/buyer is outside Ohio we will prepare for shipping, please allow time for pack and preparation of items. Shipping admin fee is determined by parcel amounts, weights, dimensions. No fee less than 25.00 per invoice plus cost of shipping. If within Ohio and requesting shipping please contact us prior to auction end at cherokeeauctioncenter@gmail.com. If you are bidding on a lot that states "NO SHIPPING" and you win that lot you will be charged even if item cannot be shipped so Check lot availability for shipping. No Shipping of furniture or large items. All items must be removed at time of pick up. Any items not picked up will become the property of Cherokee Auction Center and will handle items at our discretion.
