All Auction Items are Brand New and in Manufacturers Original Packaging. The Auction House reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding. Payment Invoices will be emailed the day of the Auction's close. Items must be paid for within 48 hrs after the receipt of the Invoice. Carsation Designs provides Packing and Shipping Services. For Faster Service we use Fedex, UPS & Purolator. All Shipments are Fully Insured. We use Flat Rate Shipping in North America, $19.95 for Continental US and $14.95 for Canada. All International Destinations will be quoted. When a Bidder's Item(s) are Shipped, the Bidder will receive an Email Confirmation with Tracking Information. Winning bidders are responsible for all International Customs, Duties and/or Taxes if they apply.
