Please pick items up during designated times if at all possible. If items are paid for, we can store them, but they must be paid for ASAP. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. Auctioneers reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Payment Terms	Dacotah Diamond Auctions accepts cash and check for payment. Credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee. Sales tax charged on all purchases. 10% buyers premium on all lots. Shipping will be determined on an individual basis, determined by shipping destination and items being shipped. All shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping can be arranged by calling us. Shipping costs plus a $15 handling fee (per box shipped) will be charged to the buyer. Pickup is to be done on pickup day. If you cannot make it, please call in advance and make prior arrangements.
