This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional amopunt of time. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second to prevent others from bidding more. * Bidding begins once posted. The Auction will close April 8th, 2024, beginning at 6PM CST until the last bid is completed. * In event of power outage, we reserve the rights to award the winning bid to the last accepted bidder. *We will send an email after the sale with your invoice. FAILURE to pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future High Bid auctions. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all items. Local Tax rate is 5.5% and 7.5% if payed for & picked up within the City Limits of Tekamah. Unclaimed items will be resold on or after April 17th. * We can provide shipping on most items; the buyer pays for all shipping and handling. It may be unfeasible to ship some items due to weight or size. All items we can ship will be marked as Shipping Available. Those items not marked as Shipping Available must be picked up at the sale location. We will try to bundle your items at one location if possible. Handling fees are determined by shipper with a nominal handling fee. All Items are insured but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
