All items must be paid for prior to pick up. This includes items to be shipped. Any unpaid items will not be held for shipping. The highest bidder will still be responsible for payment for all items. Items not paid for or collected by the noted pickup date will be deemed abandoned and forfeited. The credit card on file will be charged and no refund will be issued. All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS”, in its condition at the time of sale without any warranties or guarantees. Any item not picked up or shipped coordinated by the end of auction pickp will be deemed Abandoned and Forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Buyers are to bring their own labor for pick up.
