All 'abandoned' and unclaimed lots will be automatically charged to the credit card on file, and may be subject to removal and/or disposal fees. Which means if you book a pick up time and do not show up your items will be held for 7 days...After 7 days we charge a $25.00 a week storage fee for 4 weeks..after the 4 weeks expires the purchased items will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of by Fastbid and Fastbid.ca at our descretion You must be at least 18 years old to bid. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Fastbid & Fastbid.ca, Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Fastbid & Fastbid.ca, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction, except that the BUYER shall not be responsible to the Fastbid & Fastbid.ca for damages caused by or resulting from the Fastbid & Fastbid.ca sole negligence. By bidding you are entering into a legal binding agreement .Any items not picked up by pick up date will be shipped out and your credit card on file will be charged.. All items scheduled for pick up and not picked up will be held for 14 days and a $25.00 dollar per week for storage will apply.After the 2 week period all items not picked up will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of by Fastbid and Fastbid.ca with no refund given. Shipping is done in house and all items will be shipped out the following Tues ort Weds after the Pick Up date..Shipping cost is at buyers expense
