This is a local pickup auction some lots can be shipped(all native american rugs can be shipped) please ask before bidding on other items. We will ship some things ourselves other items that are highly breakable we will take to a local shipper such as ups to wrap and ship. Pickup will be April 3 and April 4. You will receive an email at conclusion of the auction with a link to the sign up sheet for pickup times. Pickups will be at the home in Pacific, MO. Address will be provided once you've paid. You must sign up for a pickup time. If you don't schedule a time or get in touch with us to arrange another time you will forfeit your lots. You must bring help to load. If you bid on the item and do not bring help, you will forefeit your bid, no refunds will be given. All sales are final. You will be liable for any damage you do to the house when loading your items. All sales are as-is and final you need to look at photos carefully once you bid you are committing to buy the item and you can not back out. If you have questions about an item please contact us prior to bidding. There is no buyers premium By bidding on the auction you are agreeing to these terms. If you win an auction item, you are agreeing to pay for the item. Chargebacks to your credit card are not allowed. If you initiate a chargeback you will be repsonsibile for any lawyer fees we have to pay to dispute this charge. Be sure and read the terms and conditons of this auction. By registering for the auction you are agreeing to all terms and conditions Agreement to Pay for Auction Items This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you the registered bidder("Bidder") and St. Louis Estate Buyers ("Auction House") for the purpose of purchasing items in an auction held by Auction House. 1) Bidder agrees to pay the full amount of any item(s) won in the auction held by Auction House. Payment must be made in full within 2 days of the close of the auction. 2) Bidder acknowledges that all sales are final and that chargebacks to their bank or credit card are not allowed. In the event that Bidder attempts to initiate a chargeback, Bidder agrees to pay all legal fees incurred by Auction House in contesting such chargeback. It is the bidders responsibility to read all auction terms prior to bidding. 3) Bidder acknowledges that Auction House is not responsible for the condition or authenticity of any item(s) sold in the auction. Bidder assumes all risks associated with the purchase of any item(s) sold in the auction. 4) Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auction House from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Bidder's purchase of any item(s) in the auction. 5) This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. 6) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of [Jefferson County], [MO]. 7) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral. By registering for the auction Bidder acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
