There is a 18% Buyers premium on all items, All Buyers who has completed their KYC Verification with us are qualified for just 9% Buyers premium on all items, which covers the cost of processing credit cards that exclude Local Sales Tax. All payment must be made by 5 PM, Saturday, 27th April, 2024. We either call you to take your payment via telephone, or your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us to arrange other means of payment. We accept all major Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, Bitcoin and Cash for local Buyers only. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $5 handling fee for this Auction. The Buyer pays the shipping Costs (which are reasonable negotiated rate) If items are not picked up by 4.00p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements has been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. We are not professionals at authenticating merchandise. However we do our best to identify fake items and it will be listed in the description as such. All information in the listings was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the Expediter LLC and it subsidaries, the advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein.
