The land is selling with Seller's confirmation on price. Winning bidders must enter into a purchase contract no later than May 6th, 2024, at 5 pm. All bids will be considered cash deals, no financing, appraisal or inspection contingencies will be accepted. Bidders must be pre-approved with their lender, if applicable.
