Contact "gtastorageauction@gmail.com" to arrange pickup! 2- PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Within two days of the lot closing, arrangements for pickup must be made. After a maximum of 5 days, if there has been no response, the invoice will be deemed abandoned. - We reserve the right to ask for a credit card and photo id after you accept our terms and conditions. - When leaving curbside pickup, check your belongings to make sure you have everything. - **THREE DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS, YOU HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. We won't hold any order for more than five days. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME contact must be made. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BY US. - Pickup of merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer. Please keep in mind that we are helping you get your stuff from the warehouse. We are unable to assist you with loading your vehicle; if you require assistance, kindly bring more persons. - The buyer shall bear all costs, liabilities, and risks associated with picking up the assets. PAYMENTS & CHARGES - 10% buyer’s premium plus HST applies to all winning bids. - 50.00 CAD handling fees for each lot will be applied to all invoices. - If you are the winning bidder, you must pay for all products by 12 p.m. the following day, failing to do so might result in a ban from all of our auctions. Moreover, the unpaid invoice will be submitted to a collection agency for the loss of commission and loss of buyer's fee for the items. - Bidders must register using their own payment card after agreeing to our terms and conditions. It is not permitted for bidders to register with different payment cards under their own names. We will block the account if we find that the credit card registered is in a different name. AUCTION TERMS - All registered bidders are held legally and financially accountable for any and all bids made with their respective "Bidding Numbers," and bid cancellations are not allowed. You agree to pay the bid amount, along with the Buyer's Premium and Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST"), within the time frame specified by the Auctioneer by accepting Auction's Terms and Conditions of Sale. - Bidding begins to close @ 9pm - All things being offered "as is," "where is," without any assurance or warranty. The Auction makes no warranties or representations with regard to the property, even though all descriptions and commentary are believed to be accurate. Under no circumstances will the company be held liable for any implied warranties regarding characteristic, authenticity, origin, source, status, etc. - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an inaccurate listing occurs; in that case, you must notify us of the error within 3 days of picking up your purchase, or within 3 days of the package's delivery if the item was shipped to you. NO RETURN REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE MENTIONED PERIOD. We will give you credit if the item does not match our description. Credit will be automatically credited to your subsequent account and can be used for any future purchases. - Please remember that this is an auction for storage lots. - The auction is already open. No in-person preview; online-only auction. Gentle closing is the style. - All transactions are pending seller clearance. - The Auction disclaims all liability and responsibility for any harm or loss to people or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to defend and hold harmless The Auction, the Seller, and their assigns from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damage, or liability resulting from or connected with, or arising out of, any act, including the negligent acts or omissions of The Auction, or anyone acting on their behalf.
