All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. All bids are a legally binding contract between the buyer and auctioneer. By bidding on any lot, the buyer agrees to pay the high bid price, buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Failure to pay for lots purchased will result in buyers being banned from future auctions. The credit card used to register will be charged for all invoices totaling $2,500 or less within 24 hours of the auction close. For more than $2,500 the buyer must pay by echeck within 48 hours of auction close. In the event the credit or debit card used to register for the auction is declined during the checkout process, the bidder will have until 5:00 pm on the day following the auction close to provide an alternate payment option. After 5:00 pm the buyer will be considered as a non paying buyer and will be banned from future auctions. High Country Auction Company makes no guarantees as to the condition of any lot. All descriptions are based on consignors information and our limited physical inspection. Buyer is responsible for inspecting any lots they choose to bid on. We assume any and all lots purchased by bidders not located in Colorado will require shipping. Non Colorado residents not requiring shipping and Colorado residents needing shipping must notify the auctioneer before the close of the auction. Shipping is not available for every lot. Buyer is responsible for verifying the listing notes shipping is available prior to bidding. All shipping will be handled by a third party. They will contact you after the close of the auction. No refunds will be made for items that can not be shipped. Refunds will not be issued for items not claimed during the pickup times, or for items not able to be shipped to out of state buyers unless the auction catalog was in error. All items being picked up will be charged Colorado Springs sales tax.
