All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. There will be an 18% buyers premium on all purchases. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate. We accept cash and Zelle with a 3% Buyers Premium discount. Please notify Jason before the close of the auction if you wish to pay with any means other than the card on file. All items must be paid for on pick-up day. Building must be emptied on pick up day. You will need to bring help for loading as there are very heavy items in this auction. Storage fees of $10 per item per day will apply to all items not picked up on time. If you need shipping please refer to the terms under the shipping tab. There are items in this auction of excessive weight that we will not ship. There are handling fees charged by the auctioneer, as well as shipping fees which will be billed to you separately by the shipper. Please notify Jason before auction closing if you need shipping.
