IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. Online Bidding: Timed event and ONLINE ONLY. The highest bid ONLINE when the bidding closes will win the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last ONE minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional ONE minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. Items Sold: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Second Impressions. Bidders accept all auction items/property "AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS", visible at the time of purchase or not. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Second Impressions. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Item Description, and multiple photos will be included in item descriptions when possible; however, photos may or may not accurately represent the item fully. Lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo; all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection before placing a bid. Photos and descriptions are a guide only. Auction Software used by Second Impressions will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. Payment: Your debit/credit card on file with HiBid will be charged shortly after the end of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 1 day after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Second Impressions. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. Returned Check Fees: A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately after the conclusion of the auction and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Payment Procedures Payments will be made directly to Second Impressions, your credit card will automatically be charged at the close of this sale, if you are requesting shipping on a high value purchase, you will be required to pay via bank wire.
