ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Monday April 1st through 2:00pm (begins to close) Thursday April 4th. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 1 lot per minute until all items have sold. Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 1:30pm MT.

We accept cash, check, or wire transfer with a $10 transfer fee.
Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day Friday April 5th during scheduled hours. After that time, wire transfer only payments will be accepted.
Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.
South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except titled lots.
If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out completely, sign, & mail the following form.

Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for Friday April 5th from 10 am to 1 pm. Load out and pick up Friday April 5th from 10:00 am to 4 pm or by appointment Monday April 8th thru Thursday April 11th, 2024.
Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by Wire Transfer will be accepted.
As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given date. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. Removal of all items must be removed prior to Friday April 12th. Seller will have equipment available to assit with load out.
All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.
---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---
<b>Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium.</b> As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.
