ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Monday April 1st through 2:00pm (begins to close) Thursday April 4th. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 1 lot per minute until all items have sold. Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day Friday April 5th during scheduled hours. After that time, wire transfer only payments will be accepted. Seller will have equipment available to assit with load out. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- <b>Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium.</b> As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping.
