Terms of Sale
Requirement to Bid: Must be 18 years of age and have a Valid Credit Card. All bidders must be approved by King Auction Company prior to the auction event.
Payment Due: Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the auction event. If sale is not approved by the Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Arkansas Northern Division the payment will be refunded within 5 business days, from the time of disapproval to the purchaser provided funds have cleared.
Payment Types: Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), Certified Funds or pre-approved checks. Items become the full responsibility of the bidder at time of payment and the approval of the Bankruptcy Courts.
No Buyer's Premium will be charged in this auction
Sales Tax: No sales will be collected on items sold.
Removal of Items: After full payment pick up can be arranged by contacting King Auction Company 870-710-0036 or 870-847-0945. You or your representative must bring the paid invoice supplied by the Auction Company. All payments must clear bank before removal.
Any items not removed within 14 days after the court approval, the completion of the auction will be deemed abandoned and revert back to Seller with all funds forfeited.
