Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. Paid invoices will be emailed to you for both charges. **Allow a minimum of 2 weeks after pick up date for shipping to occur. **Handling charges are a minimum of $10 with the possibility of more on larger shipments, shipping requiring special instructions/requests or packages with excessive packing. **Buyers outside the Continental US, must contact Vandertook Auction before the start of the auction close. **If you require shipping, make sure the item you are bidding on says "Shipping Available". Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $5 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. Please Bring your Own Help for Loading, esp. if you have purchased heavy/large items and/or large quantity. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SATURDAY, Janaury 13, 2024) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Vandertook Auction LLC reserves the right to modify or change pickup dates and times in cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Buyers will be notified. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $200 per lot maximum buyers premium. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. In no event shall Vandertook Auction LLC. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Upon Bidder's successful purchasing of an item through HiBid, full responsibility for the purchased items is upon the buyer.
