By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Storage fee must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Any items left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given.
