Please DO NOT come to pick up your items early or at any other time. We will not be able to assist you. Please bring your own packing materials and boxes. Local pickup buyers will be responsible for packing their own items with their own packing materials at the pick up location. Unfortunately we will not be able to hold over any paid items for a future pick up. There will be no one on site to help with lifting/loading. Please arrange for loading/unloading help if needed. AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC and homeowners are not responsible for accidents at the site of the pick up location. Please do not park in the grass or block driveways and mailboxes. By accepting our terms and conditions of this auction you realize you are entering into a legal binding contract with AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC.
