By bidding on any lot, the buyer agrees to pay the high bid price, buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Failure to pay for lots purchased will result in buyers being banned from future auctions. High Country Auction Company makes not guarantees as to the condition of any lot. All descriptions are based on consignors information and our physical inspection. For more than $2,500 the buyer must pay by echeck within 24 hours of auction close. Buyer must notify the auctioneer before the close of the auction is shipping is required.
