1. All items are to be picked up at the address on your invoice, bring a copy of your invoice when picking up items 2. All items must be picked up on the Tuesday & Wednesday following the auction between 3pm-6pm. Items not picked up during this time frame will be deemed abandoned AT FULL COST TO THE BUYER, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. The auction house reserves the right to re-sell any abandoned item with all expenses associated with the sale/resale billed to the original purchaser/purchase of the item. 3. All sales are "As Is/Where Is' state of condition with all faults. Descriptions believed to be accurate but not warranted. Buyers will rely solely on pictures in the photo gallery and accept full responsibility for determining the value/authenticity of merchandise being offered for sale. 4. All items being shipped will be package to protect against damage during shipping. M.R. Airframe Ltd. is not responsible for any damages/loss incurred during shipping. 5. By placing a bid all Buyers are agreeing to pay for items for which they have placed a bid within the prescribed dates & time. 6. Auctioneer/Owner and its agents not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Damaged articles and or accidents. 7. Photo ID required upon pick up. 8. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Buyer agrees to accept the Auction House records as true. 9. All sales are final. 10. Acceptance of terms set forth indicate the conditions under which you utilize our auction platform. By placing a bid on any item in person, by agent, absentee bid, internet, telephone or other means, you have confirmed your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 11. Once placed, a Bid is considered firm and cannot be retracted or cancelled. 12. Items that have a minimum bid will have said Bid displayed; Bids below the minimum will not be accepted. 13. A Buyers Premium, as detailed in description, will be applied to all online auctions and is subject to applicable sales tax. 14. Methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 15. The Buyer agrees to load and assume all risk associated with the retrieval & loading of purchases.
