Superpawn, and its representatives may, at our discretion, require identity verification prior to approving registrations. 7. Bid Rigging, the coordinated efforts of two or more registered bidders to “share” winning lots by coordinating which lots to bid or not bid on is illegal and will be reported to the online auction site. Superpawn will use all available resources to STRONGLY advocate revocation of online bidding privileges and where applicable by state laws, refer such instances to local authorities. If items are not picked up or shipping invoice paid within thirty days, ownership of the items revert back to Superpawn or their clients, and monies paid for items will be retained by Superpawn to cover storage, listing, labor, insurance, and other inconveniences resulting in the transaction.
