Kready Auctions will make every effort to describe all items offered however all items are "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" and it is the bidders responsibility to determine condition of each item. Kready Auctions makes no guarantees, warranties, or implies in regard to the items being offered. Returns or refunds will not be accepted or offered under any circumstance. Bidder/Buyer of Vehicle must wait for Judge to sign approval once car is "sold" to bidder/Buyer, which could take up to 30 days. A 10% Credit Card Deposit is non refundable and assures us you will pay for the vehicle that you purchased in the bid process. If you fail to pay for the vehicle in full that is a breach of contract and you will forfeit your deposit. Vehicle transfer and title will be delivered to the buyer upon full payment and within legal guidelines. Buyer understands that Kready Auctions and associates are not notaries nor involved in the transfer process. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Auctioneers and Auction Company for the transfer. Title will be transferred within 30 days of the close of the auction. Bidder/buyer will be responsible for paying all applicable sales tax.
