In case of a tie bid, precedence will be given to the earliest bid. Payment: There will be a 10% Buyers Premium charged for online purchases. Buyer waives the right to dispute or deny payment made with credit card. No non-matching addresses for credit cards. No items will be removed until payed for. Purchaser is responsible for the removal of all purchased items. No overnight shipping. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Any items left will be sold for storage and moving fees.
