Or in the event of a local, national or international power outage or crisis, the online bidding will be stopped and and or voided and the event will be reposted at a later date at the auctioneer's discretion, or if such a glitch or event affects only certain lots in the auction, then those items may be offered at a different event at a later date at the auctioneer's discretion Bidding constitutes a contract to purchase under the terms of sale laid out here.
