Local pickup buyers will be responsible for packing their own items with their own packing materials at the pick up location. Unfortunately we will not be able to hold over any paid items for a future pick up. There will be no one on site to help with lifting/loading. Please arrange for loading/unloading help if needed. AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC and homeowners are not responsible for accidents at the site of the pick up location. Please do not park in the grass or block driveways and mailboxes. Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc, will be allowed. We do our best to identify and detail our items clearly but are not guaranteed.
