Description
The FMCA Annual Convention and Auction. October 12 - 14 2023 Embassy Suites / Phoenix Tempe AZ 4400 South Rural Road Tempe, AZ 85282
Bids on the HiBid platform will be executed on your behalf . The buyers premium charge (10%) for the auction will benefit the FMCA. Your bid is a binding contract and the bidder will be solely responsible for completing all payments to FMCA for won items and shipping/insurance. All Sales Are Final, No Exceptions. Invoices will be emailed within 10 days of completion of the Auction. Payment by Check, Money Order, Bank Check and Credit and Debit Cards (will include a 4.5% processing fee, NOT included in the buyers premium). If you are the successful Absentee Bidder and want to pay for your lots with Check, Money Order, or Bank Check, email Scott Tippen at stippen@aol.com and advise him within 48 hours after you receive notification of your wins or your card on file will be charged for you wins. A second invoice will then be generated for the shipping cost. If paying by check, please mail please send your payment to Scott Tippen, 6698 Stacey Drive, Belton, TX 76513. Make checks payable to: Fire Mark Circle of the Americas or FMCA. If you are the successful Absentee Bidder and your payment is not received within 5 days of the auction end, your Credit Card on file will automatically be charged for your wins, including the buyer’s premium and 4.5% credit card fee.

Payment Terms
Payment by Check, Money Order, Bank Check and Credit Cards (will include a 4.5% processing fee, NOT included in the buyers premium). If you are successful Absentee bidder and want to pay for you won lots with a Check, Money Order or Bank Check. Email Bill Pope at bbpope@pacbell.net and Scott Tippen at stippen@aol.com and advise as soon as possible after notification of you wins. If you are a successful bidder and have not paid or contacted Bill Pope or Scott Tippen within 5 days of the auction end, your Credit Card on file will be automatically charged for your wins, including the buyers premium. No items(s) will be shipped until the Invoice, including shipping/insurance, has been Paid in Full. You should receive a serarate invoice for your shipping / insurance. ALL packages will be insured. There are NO exceptions. Most packages will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping/insurance can be arranged on any lot. The sucessful bidder will pay the calculated shipping/insurance cost based on the best rate possible. Multiple wins will be boxed together to utilize the best shipping/insurance cost. Winning bidders requesting shipping will receive their shipping/insurance estimate within 10 days of the auction end. Most items will ship from Belton Texas. There will be a few exceptions.
