Payment: Payments for the winning items will be collected at the time of picking up winnings. Accepted payment types are cash, check, PayPal, and Vemo for this auction. All payments are due by 5 pm Monday October 9th. All payments are to be made to the Elsie Area Food Pantry, and contact info will be provided to winning bidders

Buyer is responsible for DISASSEMBLY, LOADING, PACKAGING & SHIPPING of items purchased.
Auction staff will not have tools available for disassembly. Please bring any necessary tools with you at time of pickup.
LOCATION: This is an online auction, and we will have the ability to assist with absentee bids. If you need help with absentee bids please reach out and we will be happy to assist you in the right direction. The Elsie Fall Committee has appointed a member to place bids on behalf of all absentee bidders.
The address is being provided is for inspection dates and removal dates only. 224 E Cedar Street, Elsie, MI 48831.
Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s).
**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Advantage Auctions, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s).
Advantage Auctions reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s).
Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each twelve seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional two (2 1/2)minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.
Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues.
All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but it is up to you to do your own due diligence on anything prior to bidding. Bids cannot be retracted for any reason.
Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bidder Information and Security: All registration information the bidder provides to Advantage Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Advantage Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
