Licensed and bonded in favor of the State of WV Lic #2151 In the event that a piece(s) of glass arrives broken, the buyer must report it to the seller within 48 hours of delivery. The Buyer also must provide the Seller with photos of the box, packing materials, and broken item(s). The seller will file an insurance claim with the postal service, but the buyer must keep the box, packing materials and broken item(s) until the claim is resolved. The seller will communicate any additional needs to the buyer during the claim process. -The seller is not responsible for any items being sent to a drop hub distributor. Buyer must report any damages to seller within 24 hours of item being received at distributor. Buyer is also aware that they must purchase additional insurance from distributor for overseas shipment. Seller will not refund, replace or exchange any item for damage if not notified within 24 hours of delivery to agreed upon location in the US. Seller is not responsible for any issues once the item has left the original box and/or shipment has left the United States.
