The descriptions of all items shown in the Catalog are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. Bidders are encouraged to request additional photos prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have obtained additional information about the items to their satisfaction, and accepts the lot as described. DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of catalogue descriptions and auctioneers' statements regarding condition and vintage, but these statements are not warranted. Please bring assistance with you for large items. The bidder is responsible for all movement and or loading and unloading of purchased items. Any items left 7 days from the Auction Closing, at 4:00pm EST will become the property of DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC. Failure to pick up will result in a $75 charge to your account. "Unclaimed" items will be considered "surrendered" to DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC. The "surrendered" items will be donated or resold to the account of DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC. No notice will be given. Shipping is available on most items cataloged. Items exceeding routine shipping standards will be marked: "Shipping available by private agreement with the Auction House". Any item marked shipping by private agreement will require confirmation with the Auction House. NO exceptions. All items will be shipped at the buyer’s expense via the purchaser's preferred method. NO ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. All items shipped will be the buyer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier of choice.
