If you wish to preview any items, send a request to svauction@live.com, or call 215-444-5353. We will contact you to set up an appointment to meet at our Warehouse in Allentown.
Auction live bidding starts August 16th, first lot closes August 30th at 6:00pm.
1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE START of the AUCTION) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases, plus any sales taxes that apply (6% for PA Residents). If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at 1801 Union Blvd, Ste 105, Allentown.
SCHEDULE: You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will start Thursday, 11-4, Friday 10-3, and the following week Tuesday-Friday by request. If you require a different pick up time, please contact us at 215-444-5353.
When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
3) SHIPPING: Smaller items can be shipped for an additional handling fee and postage fee, shipping is mostly done in house after local pick ups are completed. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the Queue. You will be sent an email quote for your shipping charges.
4) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. If you have any questions regarding an item in this auction please call or email us.
Authenticity: Thought all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. All weights and measurements are approximate.

Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via credit card through HiBid. 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate
If you wish to pay with a check or cash (please bring exact amount due) you must contact us via email PRIOR to the auction close time, you will not be charged the credit card 3% processing fee. Any credit cards that are declined will be reprocessed the next day. If unable to process, cash or check will be required at pick up time or before shipping process begins.
There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. There are NO exceptions and ALL SALES ARE FINAL
