Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions Round Rock. By excepting these terms and conditions you are giving ATX Auctions Round Rock consent to send emails and SMS messages to your email and/or phone number on file for the following: Winning Bidder Notifications Upcoming Auction notifications 24 hour closing notifications Message and data rates may apply STOP/Unsubscribe: Each ATX Auctions location maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added to the locations that you have registered. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. If you do not wish to receive messages from a specific location, you must unsubscribe from that location. Unsubscribing from a location's text list will only ensure that you do not receive any messages from that location.
