Preview will be July 9, 2023 by appointment only. Please call 501-944-8095 prior to preview date. Pick up is Monday July 10, 2023 from 3pm-7pm at 2164 W GLAZYPEAU ROAD, Mountain Pine, AR 71956. Any invoice that is not paid at this designated time will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the auction. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS SELLING FOR $500 OR MORE OR INVOICES TOTALING $1000 OR MORE MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER IF THEY ARE BEING SHIPPED. THERE IS A $15.00 FEE PER WIRE TRANSFER. NO SHIPPING ON FOOD, GUNS AND AMMUNITION! HANDGUNS MAY NOT BE SOLD TO OUT OF STATE BIDDERS. Delivery is also available to LJC Auctions located at 1715 Highway 161, Jacksonville, AR on Monday July 19, 2023 from 4pm to 5pm. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There will be a 13% buyer's premium for credit card payers. The buyers premium for Cash and check payments is 10%.

FAILURE TO PICK-UP ITEMS: ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED TO JJ's Auctions and Resale LLC. Please contact the auction company BEFORE THIS AUCTION CLOSES IF YOU FORESEE A PROBLEM. NO REFUNDS for abandoned items.
