Agreement, terms and conditions before bidding :
Bidders are responsible for understanding all terms and conditions prior to bidding. Bidding: YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the lot(s) at said price you indicated as your bid. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion. Register to bid and only bid on items you intend to purchase. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction - Under No Circumstances shall NEWLIFE AUCTIONS LLC or anyone else be held at fault if their internet service fails to work correctly before, during or at the end of the auction. IF you have slow internet or phone service your bids may be missed. We suggest using the MAXIMUM BID feature. The program will bid for you at current bid increments against other internet bidders. It will NOT automatically jump to your max bid UNLESS a bidder has entered a bid close to or higher than yours. The program will bid for you when you are unable due to internet or phone service.
Sales: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and ALL items SOLD AS IS. NO REFUND, NO RETURNS, NO WARRANTY AND NO EXCHANGES ACCEPTED. All lots are sold "as is" Please be sure to read the description of the item you are bidding on, look at the pictures and see if the item is shippable OR pick up only. We do our best to give information about the item along with quality photos. Be advise the color of an item may be different in photo than what the item color really is.

If item has been authenticated it will be in the details, we do not guarantee authenticity WITH OUT COA if there is paper work on in item it will be shown in the listing, if an item has been appraised paperwork maybe be offered and fees may occur. Buy at your own risk. If you are unsure about an item or have questions be sure to reach out before placing a bid and before the auction starts, we do our best to get back to each email. If its auction day we will not be able to respond in a timely matter. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. After the auction has ended you will be notified if your bid was accepted. Regardless if HIBID says you MAY HAVE WON that does not guarantee you have won, there may be a reserve not met, after inspection of an item we may pull it IF there was damage or inaccurate information on the item listed. If you are the next runner up and the first winner does not pay when payment is due you may be contacted and offered the item, you are not obligated to except.
Taxes: There is No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying any sales tax their state requires. Invoicing and payment: If you have won, you will receive a invoice following the closing of the auction.
Payment & Shipping:
If shipping is required, please let auctioneer know so your invoicing isn't delayed. Let the auctioneer know if you will need shipping so rates can be added to the invoice. The bidder/winner of the lot/s will be responsible for paying all handling and shipping fees, including shipping insurance if needed and/ or adult signature for package. All payments are due immediately to avoid delays in getting your order. You will have 24 hours to pay the invoice or make other arrangements with auctioneer. If we do not hear from you we will reach out by email, text and or call with the information you have listed on HIBID. If you do not respond with in 24 hours from auction ending your items are at risk of being relisted and as the bidder you will be reported and band from future auctions to Hibid.. All invoices over $500.00 are we required to pay by money wire or bank transfer directly to the bank, we will contact you with instructions on how to do so, once payment is received and has CLEARED your package will be prepared and sent out for shipment or ready for pick up . IF your order is greater than $500 and you do not want to do money wire to our bank you do have the option by paying by electronic check or by credit card. ALL card payments may have additional fees applied to the invoice and we will hold your winnings for 30 days before being shipped.
Payments are NOT made through HIBID at this time they are through a secure payment options which are available to you through the invoice if a QR code is available, it will be listed for your convenience on the invoice, if you were paying by card, please provide your card number, expiration date, first and last name of card holder, ZIP Code, associated with this card and the security code on the back which is three digits long.

HIBID DOES NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ALL PAYMENTS ARE THROUGH OUR SYSTEM AT THIS TIME. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE HELD UPTO 30 DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING .
Non- payment will result in permanent ban from future auctions, reported as a bad bidder and can result in a lower score rating which other auctioneers will see and determine whether they will except you to participate in their auction. We will make every attempt to reach out to you by phone or by the email on file . If the item/s are not paid in full by the 4th day your item/s will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. At this time we may reach out to the next bidder in line and offer the item. All bids are binding. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. You will receive an e-mailed invoice at the conclusion of the auction if you have won any items.
Buyers premium: 20% will be applied to all sales and buyer will be responsible for paying premium charges as well as handle and shipping fees.
LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Please let us know if you wish to have your items shipped so we can add rates to your invoice.
For a quicker processing, you can make a immediate payments through Zelle or cash app. using Venmo and or PayPal, and take a few days to process and clear on our end and result delays shipping or pick up. After the payment has cleared, These items will be ready for shipment the next day or schedule for pick up. Bank card OR credit card~ payments take 3-5 business, Packages will be ready for shipment after payment has cleared. Once payment clears items will be available for pick up OR to be shipped. We prepare each package with care, packages leaving our warehouse are packed with care for the journey to you, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages or if the carrier delivers to the wrong address. Be sure your mailing address is correct. Once package is shipped off we can send a tracking number at your request. For all items $100 and below will be covered by carriers insurance. All items being shipped over $100 will have additional insurance added to shipping and signature maybe required. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. BE SURE TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Picking up: if your order is under $100, cash payments are required to be sure to bring exact amount we rarely have change. If you are picking up and prefer to pay cash be sure to bring exact amount. Once invoices are paid in full and all payments have cleared, we will schedule a day and time for you to come get your item/s and you will have 7 days in order to do so unless arrangements have been made prior. By the 7th day if you have not picked up your item/s and the buyer has not made other arrangements for your item/s they will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion and most likely be donated back to the auction.
Location: Our warehouse is located in Tigard Oregon. Address will be emailed. Depending on how many bitters are scheduled for pick up we may change the location to a nearby spot with a larger parking lot to accommodate the parking and space. We do not have rope, tie downs OR shipping pads, be sure to bring what you need for pick up, as a liability, We do not help with loading vehicles so bring help if your items are heavy.
Payments: 20% BP is applied to all invoices and the buyer is responsible for paying BP and all shipping costs. If you are picking up and prefer to pay cash be sure to bring exact amount, we do not have change and please notify us in writing you are paying by cash in person at pick up. Contact auctioneer for additional information. Be sure to pay your invoices on time to avoid delays in receiving your winnings.
