Description	Nice sale for a family that had a relative in the Rio Terra cottages in New Braunfels, TX. Since then m the items have been relocated to Nevitt storage and moving. The sale will run through the 27th with pickup being the next few days. If you cannot make pickup by the 30th, please make sure that you have made arrangements to have your purchases picked up. Any items left after that will have to pay storage. Buyer's premium will be 15% with a 3% discount on the buyer's premium with cash.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by June 30th. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. if, after the 30th, the items are not picked up, you will be charged for the storage unit Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash. Shipping / Pick Up

The auction will run through June 26th, with pick-up the 28th, and 29th from 9 am until 4 pm. The storage facilty is Nevitt Moving and storage at 3090 W. San Antonio St, New Braunfels, TX. Please bring your own help. If you cannot bring help, we will have help available at a reasonable fee ($5 per person needed). If you cannot get your item by the 29th, another month of rental is due at the facility. The family is not wanting to pay for that. Make certain that you make arrangements to have your purchases out by the 28th.
