This covers the time AND materials (top loaders). 10% buyer's premium, 6% sales tax, and 3% processing fee charged to total order. 2) ALL CARDS WILL BE TOP LOADED, REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING STATUS. **ORDER DISCOUNTS** 1) $20 discount off your total order for every 100 cards purchased. This drops your $.50 per card handling fee down to $.30 per card. 2) Free shipping on orders of $40 or more in cards. Does not apply to the handling and material costs. Just the $5.70 - $6.70 shipping costs. Combined shipping will happen if bidding in multiple catalogs. 3) Downgrade to an envelope and stamp. The cost will be $1 plus $.50 for each additonal ounce up to 3oz. The maximum amount of cards that can be sent this way is 10 cards. ** SHIPPING ** 1) All cards that are being shipped will be top loaded. 2) The option to downgrade to an envelope with a stamp must be done prior to the auction, using the "NOTES TO THE AUCTIONEER" section avaliable at registration. More than 10 cards tends to go above the thickness limits of the envelope of a maximum 1/4" thickness. 4) All cards are shipped out on Fridays. Bidding on multiple cards in multiple catalogs during the week will result in combined shipping. If $40 worth of cards are purchased during the week, shipping is free. 5) Not downgrading to an envelope and stamp prior to the end of the auction, or winning too many cards to be put in an envelope will result in the cards being shipped USPS with tracking and insurance added for protection and to mitigate liability. It starts out at $5.70 for up to 4oz, and adds $.50 for each additional 4oz. ** PAYMENT AND PICKUP: ** 1) All cards on file are run after the auction ends. 2) Any cards on file that are declined, the buyer will be notified via email that their card was not successfully run. They will then have until 4 PM the following day to give us a call and let us know their payment plan. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your winnings to the next highest bidder. 3) Any parts dimmed out from the scan are a metalic color/material that doesn't show up well in scanners. 4) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card. 5) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged.
