LOAD OUT/PICK UP: Thursday-Saturday 10-4 Alternate pick-up arrangements are made with the auction company by calling (785) 248-0170. Auction company will have a 85hp Tractor and Loader on site to assist buyers with loading, heavy items. SHIPPING: Barnyard Auctions LLC can offer shipping, but it will take place on or after the 3rd of July. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is no buyer's premium on this auction. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover (3.25% Convenience Fee) E-Checks or ACH Transfers Personal or Business Checks with Auction House Approval Cash Bank Wire SALES TAX: No sales tax on all applicable purchases. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to charge the Credit Card on file or sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non-paying bidder from doing business with Barnyard Auctions LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Barnyard Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR BARNYARD AUCTIONS LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
