Auction Terms & Conditions Please read all of the Terms and Conditions. 1. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. The bidding for this auction will close on Monday, May 22nd at 6:00pm. The first lot will close at 6 pm with consecutive lots closing every 30 seconds. We use extended bidding. If bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for 2 minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has ceased, the lot will be sold. 2. If you are interested in previewing any of the items, please contact Todd Umbrell Auctioneering at toddumbrellauctioneering@outlook.com to set up an appointment. 3. The pickup of your winning purchases will be Wednesday, May 24th from 5pm-8pm at 68 Sunset Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. An email will be sent to each winning bidder including an invoice. The Auction Company is not responable for any damage/accidents at pick up or preview. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you contact Todd Umbrell Auctioneering if you wish to preview any items, as noted above. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 6. NOTICE: Todd Umbrell Auctioneering will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 8pm Wednesday, May 24, 2023, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon by all parties. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. 7. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 8. Todd Umbrell Auctioneering reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at his sole discretion. 9. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. 10. You will receive an invoice listing the items won within a day of the auction closing. If you do not receive an email with your invoice, please check your spam folder. Your credit card will automatically be charged unless prior arrangements have been made. If your card is declined, you will receive an unpaid invoice with instructions on how to make payment. Our office will contact you to make payment before the pickup. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction if the bidder does not show up. 11. When you register for this auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyers premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing your bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. 12. There will be a $40 returned check fee for any declined check received. 13. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Todd Umbrell Auctioneering is a member of the State Auctioneers Association. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies. 14. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. 15. Todd Umbrell Auctioneering reserves the right to remove, suspend, and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure.
