Pick up will be Monday May 15th, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm. There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be held at 17055 E 1825th Bushnell IL. If you need totes, packing, boxes or HELP loading, you need to bring it with you. Please bring help to load large items. If you need help loading large items, you need to bring it with you. Again, if you need help loading large items, you are responsible for bringing that help with you. If your items are not picked up by 5:00pm, May 15th, your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. If the auction is at our facility and you do not pickup your items during the pickup times your items will be held for 3 days ONLY. If your items are not paid for and arranged to be picked up in those 3 days, you will FORFEIT them. If the auction is onsite ,(at the home), and you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. We are only at the home during the listed pickup times. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all items unless noted otherwise. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup. If you have not contacted us or picked up your items on May 15th, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD. There is NO NEED to call and ask if we charged your card. We do not charge cards unless you fail to contact us by 5:00pm. You card will be charged at that time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Large lots will be shipped by our 3rd party shipping company. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to a fee for packing materials, and a $5 per invoice handling fee. NO exceptions. All shipping will be done by a 3rd party shipping company of our choice. Once your items are safely dropped off with the shipping company, they will handle every step after that. SHIPPING CO INFO WILL BE LISTED BELOW. The shipping company will contact you for card/payment and other information if needed. All shipping and other fees will need to be paid before the package will be sent. After payment is made with the shipping company, they will email you a tracking number, along with an invoice of the charges. If a buyer does not pay for the shipping fees within 1 week of the shipping companies first contact date, you will forefit the items purchased and the payment for those items. KKA will make sure your items are delivered to the shipping company safely. Once items are dropped at the shipping company, they are 100% reponsable for these items. If any issues should arise after this point, the buyer will need to be in direct contact with the shipping company that listed below. The whole shipping process can take up to 10 days in some cases.
