This Auction is the liquidation of contents from multiple restaurants. This auction is loaded with many great items including Hobart Dough Mixer, tilt skillet, signs, tables, chairs, stainless tables, gas grill, stainless racks, pizza oven, plates, pizza pans, smallwares, and more
All of these items are located at our Houston TX location at 779 Bradfield 77060.
Preview will be Tuesday 5/9/2023 10-4
Pick up for items will be Thursday 5/11 and Friday 5/12 9-5.
You will be required to load your own items, except when a forkift is needed.
No exceptions will be made for late pick up!
Please bring your own help for heavy items. Forklift will be available at this location
No late pick up will be allowed for this auction as we will be bringing the next auction in right behind this one and do not have room to store your items. If you cannot pick up on our stated pick up dates please do not place a bid. Any open invoices or items that are not picked up on time will result in a loss of future bidding priveleges. Thank you for understanding.

Our preview times for each auction will be the day before the auction closes from 10-4 except when specified in the auction details
Removal: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY), (TWO DAYS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS) Our removal times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction exept when one of those days lands on a Sunday. Then the next pick up day will be a Monday
WE ARE USING A THIRD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY CALLED SHIPPING SAINT FOR ALL SHIPPING. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AND TEXT ASKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE SHIPPING OR TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE RESPOND TO THAT EMAIL OR TEXT WITH YOUR CHOICE. ALL SHIPPING WILL NOW BE A COMPLETELY SEPARATE CHARGE THROUGH SHIPPING SAINT. NO ITEMS WILL BE PREPARED FOR SHIPPING UNTIL THE INVOICE IS PAID. If you request shipping and then decide to pick your items up, you will still be charged a handling fee.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** ** All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.

* ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: Hodges Auctions and Liquidations LLC (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.) Payment Types: Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, Wire Transfer (invoices over $5000.00). All buyers must have a paid receipt from Hodges Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.

NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the Hodges Auctions premises* *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – Hodges Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Hodges Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller, and extend the closing date if needed.
Bidder agrees to hold Hodges Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
Please Note: Items left in our warehouse after the auction pick up dates will loaded onto a pallet and will be assessed a storage fee in the amount of 10.00 per pallet per day or 60.00 per pallet per week. Furniture lots will be assessed a fee of 10.00 per piece per day or 60.00 per piece per week if they do not fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Items left past 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned in order to recover storage costs. No refunds will be given on abandoned merchandise and the bidder may lose their future bidding priveleges.

ll items will need to be paid for at the time of pick up specified in the auction information section. There will be a 16% buyers premium and 8.25% tax applied to all purchases unless a tax exemption form is provided to us at the time of pick up. We will need a seperate tax form for each auction invoice. Thank you.

Shipping / Pick Up
We do have the ability to ship items to winning bidders who are unable to pick up from our location. All invoices must be paid prior to shipping and additional shipping and handling charges will apply. You MUST contact us prior to bidding to ensure that items that you are wanting to purchase can be shipped. We will not ship large furniture items, large glass items etc. and if you are the winning buyer of these items you will be charged for your purchase. Please call 832.316.6608 prior to bidding to ensure that we will be able to ship your items of interest. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS EXECPT FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS!
