Conditions of Sale:
Auction is Live (in person at our Auction Center) as well as online at LiveAuctioneers, HiBid and AuctionZip.
LIVEAUCTIONEERS customers: We have enbled "Auto Pay" on this auction. Your form of payment on file with LIveAuctioneers will be automatically charged following the auction. Shipping charges will be added to that same invoice after payment and submitted to you again.
NOTICE - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
Freeman Yoder Auctions will NOT accept payment over the telephone by credit card for lots purchased containing coins, bullion or jewelry. We will accept personal and business checks, cashier's check and money wires.
If bidder is paying by check or wire, we reserve the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared our bank.
If paying by wire, please add a $25.00 wire transfer fee.
For other purchases, we only accept credit cards with US billing addresses. If paid via credit card, the items can only be shipped to the billing address of the card. If calling into our office with a credit card, there will be a 4% processing fee added to the transaction. If paying by wire or check, lots can be shipped anywhere.
SHIPPING
Customers MUST reply and state PICK-UP or SHIP. Items must be paid for before we begin packing. Therefore a separate shipping charge invoice will be issued.
We have in-house shipping and generally use UPS and USPS. We have a basic fee of $10.00 followed by cost of boxes, packing material. Invoices will reflect this on the line item "UPS (or USPS) rate plus pack/material fee" If a package exceeds 70lbs or is too large for either carrier to pick up, freight services are required. We do not provide freight services, but will work with a 3rd party chosen by the customer. (like UShip or similar).
PICK UP: All items are at 199 Tipple Road (Freeman Yoder Auction Center) Punxsutawney, PA 15767. Pick ups can be made starting on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 9am to 4pm and beyond. Monday through Friday. If weekend pick up is needed, contact us and we will work with you.
Bidders must be registered with internet auction platform of choice (AuctionZip, Hi-Bid, LiveAuctioneers) or in-person at our Auction Center.
No bidder may retract a bid that has been submitted online.
Each bidder is responsible for all bids transmitted from such Registered Bidder's computer or from such Registered Bidder's account for the Online Auction Platform. If a winning bid is sent from the computer of a Registered Bidder, or from a Registered Bidder's account for the Online Auction Platform, such Registered Bidder will be the Buyer, unless the same bid has been taken by the auctioneer from the floor. Floor bids take precedence over internet bids.
Firearms will only be shipped to the address of a current Federal Firearms LIcense (FFL) holder. Do not bid on any firearms if this is a problem for you.
Credit card payments for firearms, ammunition, knives, etc. may have to be made over the telephone depending upon online auction platform.

We will generally issue an initial invoice on the next business day after an auction to winner email address provided during registration. High volume auctions may delay the initial invoice. RESTRICTED PAYMENT ITEMS (IE...FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, KNIVES, ETC...) WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT PROCESSING VIA TELEPHONE AS SOME OF OUR ONLINE PROCESSORs RESTRICT SUCH ITEMS.
While we try to include shipping charges with the initial invoice this is not always possible. If items require specialty packaging, such as firearms or have extra large dimensions a second invoice will be issued to cover the shipping rate and associated costs (ie. boxes/time/material). All Lots and shipping must be paid for in-full within three (3) days business days after receipt of the specific invoice. Purchases must be paid by credit card or approved check; provided, however, that purchases in excess of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) must be paid by wire transfer or certified funds unless other arrangements are made with Auctioneer in Auctioneer's sole and absolute discretion.
Winning Bidder credit cards on file may be charged automatically after an invoice has been sent to the Winning Bidder.

Shipping / Pick Up
PICKUP INFO: Items won online may be picked up starting on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 9am to 4pm and beyond. Monday - Fridays 9am to 4pm. If you need a weekend pickup time, please contact us and we will work with you.
Shipping is available in house. We start with a base fee of $10.00 per shipment, add on cost of boxes and packing material then we get a quote from either USPS or UPS for best way shipping with appropriate insurance. We will combine items if possible. For example, a rifle...$10.00 + $8.00 (box) + $4.00 (packing material) + $37.50 (UPS ground w/insurance) = $59.50. Charges will vary depending upon location, weight, size, insurance, etc... It may take us a little time to issue a shipping invoice depending upon demand.
If a package exceeds 70lbs or is too large for either carrier to pick up, freight services are required. We do not handle freight shipments, but will work with the winner's shipping company of choice (ie...UShip).
