PAYMENT TERMS:
FOR IN-PERSON BUYERS
Cash , Check , Visa, MC ,Discover & PayPal .
4% surcharge for Credit Card or Paypal payments
Missouri Sales Tax 8.1% Collected. Please provide a copy of your re-sale certificate if you are tax exempt . We MUST have this on file for the state of Missouri. Otherwise we will have to collect sales tax. Missouri accepts all other state numbers.
FOR ONLINE BUYERS
10% Buyer Premium
4% surcharge for Credit Card or Paypal payments
we wil send an invoice through paypal to the email address you provided when you registered for this auction. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay your invoice. Paypal accepts any form of payment . Just click on the invoice and follow the instructions.
ITEM CONDITION:
We will describe the items to the best of our ability. You can expect all tems to be free of chips, cracks and major manufacturing flaws. If there is a major flaw, we will point it out and the item will be sold "as is". Bubbles, straw marks , mould marks etc are considered a feature of hand made glass and not a reason for return. If an item has a second quality mark we will indicate that.
SHIPPING:
NO SHIPPING ON LAMPS!
Buyer pays all shipping costs. We use, clean, new packing materials. We are a smoke free and pet free facility.
There is a handling fee for each item won, listed below:
Small items such as animals $2.00 ea.
Medium items such as small vases and bowls: $3.00 ea.
Large items such as large vases , bowls, etc : $5.00 ea
We ship insured via UPS or USPS Priority Mail . Tracking # will be provided.
Items will be shipped within 10 BUSINESS days after they are paid for.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged item please take a few pictures and email them to afenton460@aol.com . We will refund you promptly. We do expect you to cooperate in any manner needed for us to file a damage claim with the carrier. You may be asked to return the item , or retain the item as well as the box and all packing materials in case the carrier requests them for inspection.
