Item Packaging may show signs of warehouse damage and or stickers from processing, stickers from shipping or return, but very few. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection. * GUARANTEES: All Merchandise is sold AS-IS and where is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. M.A.H. Bid accordingly! * BP: There will be a 18% Buyer's Premium added to the buyer's totals for each item purchased. * VERIFICATION: All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. REMOVAL: If Items are not removed by the deadline and there is a discrepancy, no refunds will be issued. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal - M.A.H. Co is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must load and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Bidder agrees to hold M.A.H. Co harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants. ******* Shipping******* Lots with smaller size can be shipped, lots with large size and weight will not be shipped, we apologize. But feel free to schedule a UPS pickup from our warehouse, we will facilitate and provide dimensions and weight, we will print shipping labels and meet with UPS and hand them your package if needed, by appointment only. Handling fees apply. All items that are not picked up within the next 2 days of the auction end date, and/or you have not let us know within 2 days you need shipping, your items will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal unless other arrangements have been made. Refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. Items not picked up within the auction pickup date are considered abandoned, if you need to extend pickup, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request at Veronica Bondoc (veronica@mahbid.com).
