IMPORTANT: If you have an active Florida Resale certification please provide this information during registration so applicable tax exemptions can be made prior to charging of credit card.? Product Pickup or Shipping: All winning bidders are responsible for picking up their products or arranging shipping within 5 days of the auction's end. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the product and its re-auctioning without a refund. Product Condition: All products are sold as-is, and no warranties are provided. All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Bidding: All bids are final and binding. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an auction at any time without notice. Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless the product received is significantly different from what was described in the auction listing. Account Suspension: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in suspension from future auctions.
