Please read the terms below and understand that by registering and bidding on this auction you are aware of the pick up dates, payment methods and particular instructions given for certain lots on the auction. All items must be settled for before removal. You must provide a paid invoice to PU your items. We ask that you arrange payment within 48 hours of auction close. Pick up is on Monday, April 3rd or Tuesday April 4th from 9:00AM to 6:00PM unless previous arrangements have been made or you purchased equipment that can be loaded or driven on your own accord. Shipping is availabe on most lots at buyers expense. We do not cordinate the carrier for large items. Large items can held over for a small amount of time for you to get shipping inline. Large items I.E Tractors, Trucks Invoices will be sent to the email you registered to bid with and sent out immediatley after the close of the auction. If you do not have one by Monday morning, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Payment Terms: cash or good check, Master Card, Discover, VISA or debit card. There is a 3% processing fee for using a credit card. Positive identification required, not responsible for accidents or sold items. Buyers wishing to have items shipped need to notify the auction company by phone or email (sold@imanauction.com). Shipping charges are a handling fee of $10 per package for items shipping in padded envelopes and USPS Flat Rate boxes OR $25 per package for larger items requiring custom packing, PLUS the actual cost of shipping. We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you. Purchases and settling of unpaid invoices may be done by credit card or check/cash. Please call our office at 660-388-6235 or email (sold@imanuction.com) to arrange payment. We ask that you arrange payment within 48 hours of auction close. If you do not make arrangements (which is frowned upon!), we assume you wish us to charge your credit card the invoice amount and the 3% convenience fee. Payment Terms: Cash or Good Check, Master Card/DC/Visa (3%), Positive ID Required, Not Responsible For Accidents or Sold Items, Statements Auction Day Take Precedence over Ads. PLEASE NOTE there is a 10% Buyers Premium with a $500 cap on each purchased lot.
Pick-up is at the auction location - Iman Auction Company, 34614 Highway 24, Salisbury, MO 65281 (Off Site) Means these items are not at Iman Auction Company Pick-up is on Monday, April 3, 2023 or Tuesday April 4th, 2023 from 9:00AM-6:00PM, unless you have made prior arrangements with the auction company. (Off Site) Items must be picked up in the same time frame. Loader tractors are available for loading in that time frame only. Invoices will be sent to the email that you registered to bid with and sent out immediatley after the close of the auction. Please consider shipping costs when bidding, as it can add up quickly on large and/or heavy lots.
