Please read entire terms INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Registration: Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you click the "Register to Bid" button, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Western Washington Liquidators Western Washington Liquidators expressly forbids owners and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. We Reserve the right to reject any Bid/Bidder at our sole discretion. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Buyer Premium There is a 15% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.15 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit / debit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks. REMOVAL Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Removal hours: You will receive an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. SHIPPING We will only ship to the billing address that has been verified during registration. No International Shipping - **If you do not live in the state of Washington but plan on picking up locally you must inform us before the auction closes so we are made aware. We ship quickly - usually 1-3 days after the close of the auction and often before pickup. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $5.00 handling fee per box for shipping in addition to the actual Shipping Costs. This will be a separate charge after your invoice is charged at the end of the auction. We will utilize USPS Flat Rate Boxed when possible. Larger packages will be boxed and shipped using the safest/cost effective method. Signature will be required for all shipping orders- please plan accordingly. If you are the highest bidder on multiple lots, we will combine to save on shipping. We will ship to U.S. addresses only. Hazardous items, liquids or items that contains gas or similar items cannot be shipped If you have a question about shipping please send us a message. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is," With All Faults and without any warranties as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type. All information in the listings was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal, Western Washington Liquidators, the advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. It is for this reason that we recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected prior to the point of sale. We will provide pictures and any information to help you make a decision on bidding. SOFTWARE ERRORS AND INTERNET ISSUES We work hard to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the platform, but there are times where issues arise that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve issues, we are not responsible for the software or internet connection issues that may lead to a bid not being recognized. Western Washington Liquidators, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or reasons we see fit. HOLD HARMLESS By agreeing to our terms and conditions you the bidder/customer shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Western Washington Liquidators, LLC from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever ( including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of bidder/customer, its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers . This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to Western Washington Liquidators, LLC for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.
