General Terms of the Auction: All sales are final. All items sold as-is where is. We are a broker between our sellers and buyers. We will do our best to describe all items properly, but it is your responsibility to determine actual items condition/ functionality. When it comes to an items authenticity, we are NOT an authentication company and therefore cannot guarantee an items authenticity. Please use our photographs to determine condition and completeness, and we will do our absolute best to field any questions you may have regarding these items. A bid is a binding contract and you are required to pay for the item and abide by our terms which includes picking your items up during the allotted pick-up dates and times. All items not picked up will become immediate property of HNA Acquisitions LLC. A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders as well as a buyers premium of 13% Please keep in mind all items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale. All measuring devices included in the photos are to show the dimensions of the item and are NOT for sale. Any item not picked up during the allotted times will be forfeited to HNA Acquisitions and either donated or resold. The payment will NOT be refunded. Online bidding is to be understood as a binding contract. Bids are taken with the understanding that the bidder will honor their winning bid with sufficient funds including all applicable taxes and fees. Do not bid if you do not intend to pick up or arrange for your items to be shipped. If you purchase an item that is not marked for shipping and need shipping, we will NOT ship under any circumstance and you will forfit your payment. If an issue arises and you request a chargeback we will send you to our partnered collections agency and punish you to the fullest extent of the law. Your card on file will automatically be charged at the end of the auction. There are NO alternative payment methods. Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned back to the Seller. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will only be released following full payment. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid email receipt. Bring help to load large items as the auction company is not responsible for loading such items. The bidding will begin to close at the designated date and time. For your convenience, the closing of items will be on a staggered basis of 1 item every 15 seconds (varies per auction). You are encouraged to use the Max Bid feature and not bid "at the last second". All of our auctions feature a soft close. If a bid on any item is received within three (3) minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three (3) minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three (3) minutes of the item close, bidding will continue to extend three (3) minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three (3) minutes of the current close time. If you buy precious metals you may be asked to pay via secured funds. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR ADDITIONAL IDENTIFYING INFO AND OTHER SECURE PAYMENT METHODS IF WE SEE FIT. BY PURCHASING YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE FOR THE INVOICE AMOUNT. TECHNICAL ISSUES: Please note that all online auction systems are subject to various internet speeds. Again, you are encouraged to use the Max Bid feature and not wait to bid "at the last second". Enter your bids promptly, to allow the online system to process all bids in a timely fashion. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, HNA Acquisitions reserves the right to extend, continue or close the bidding. Neither HNA Acquisitions, nor the software provider, shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. IN THE EVENT OF A LEGAL DISPUTE BUYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS INVOLVED, WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE HEARD IN RIPLEY COUNTY, INDIANA. Buyer realizes that in the event of damage to self or property it is the buyer's responsibility and will not hold HNA Acquisitions accountable. The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices- bid on behalf of the seller to meet reserves - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled in Ripley County, Indiana. Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price. By bidding you agree to all the above terms. Happy bidding!
