Auction Terms & Conditions PICTURES ARE AN INTERGERAL PART OF THE DESCRIPTION....PLEASE LOOK AT ALL OF THEM. Pick up/Delivery/Shipping: 1. Shipping is available for this auction within Canada & USA at the buyer's expense. (standard Canada post & UPS rates apply). 2. If you require shipping, upon registration you must put under "notes to auctioneer" - Shipping. If you do not list shipping, we will not know we have to ship the items to you. We will NEVER assume shipping is required. 3. Important - please make sure your address on the receipt is the address we are shipping to; we are shipping to the address on your receipt and are not responsible if the items go to the wrong address. We charge the credit card automatically for shipping costs. We will not send a price ahead of time, we cannot give quotes, and we do not send shipping invoices. $10 fee for handling and supplies. 4. Each lot sold is subject to a 16% buyers premium (unless posted otherwise) of the successful bid price of each lot. This will be added to the invoice after the auction closes. 5. Auction pick up is by appointment only .You will be sent an online link to schedule your auction pick up. The highest bidder accepted by Great Stuff for Your Buck Auctions for any lot shall be the buyer and such buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot. If any dispute should arise between bidders, Great Stuff for Your Buck Auctions shall have the absolute discretion to designate the buyer or, at his/her option, to withdraw any disputed lot from the sale, or to re-offer it at the same or a subsequent auction. Any item not picked up with in a two (2) week period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. There may be a disposal fee charged to the buyer, or the item will be resold. Payment for your lots can be made through ETRANSFER also. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all arrangements for insuring, packing and removing the items they purchased and any assistance by Great Stuff for Your Buck Auctions or their employees, agents or contractors, in packing or removal shall be rendered as a courtesy and without any liability to them. Great Stuff for Your Buck Auctions is an agent for the consignor and makes no representation as to any attribute of, title to, or restriction affecting the articles consigned for sale. Great Stuff for Your Buck Auctions reserves the right to refuse registration to our auctions or to refuse to recognize any or all bids from any particular person or persons at any time with no notice. Please read the descriptions and look at all pictures....We try really hard to get your everything you need to make an educated decision.....if damage is photographed and not notated in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as DISCLOSED and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure.
